Our tools are here for personal, educational, creative, and professional use. The fake chat history maker, for instance, is built for fun, mockups, memes, and demos, not for tricking, impersonating, or harming anyone.

Whatever you do with the output is on you. We don't vouch for or take responsibility for content made using our tools.

No sign-up, no registration, no personal details required to use any tool here, that's the whole point of how we built this.

The site's design, logo, code, and text belong to Online Tools World and are protected under copyright law. You can't copy, redistribute, or reuse any of it without our written permission.

But anything you create using our tools is yours. We don't claim any rights over it.

Whatever you make or type into our tools stays entirely yours. Since most tools run locally in your browser, we never even get access to it.

You're responsible for making sure whatever you create doesn't step on anyone else's rights or break any laws.

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, defame someone, threaten anyone, spread hate, or incite violence. Don't use our tools to impersonate someone or fake an identity.

Also off-limits: scraping the site with bots or scripts without permission, disrupting how the site runs, or trying to slip in viruses or malware.

We try to keep things running smoothly, but maintenance, bugs, or things outside our control can take the site down now and then. We can also change, pause, or pull any tool whenever we need to.

The site and its tools come "as is," no guarantees attached. We don't promise every output will be flawless or error-free. Use everything here at your own discretion.

To whatever extent the law allows, Online Tools World and its team aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or profits, that sort of thing.

For any claim, our total liability caps at whatever you've paid us over the past 12 months (if anything), or $50, whichever is more.

If your use of the site or a breach of these Terms causes harm or a legal claim against us, you agree to cover us for that, legal fees included.

We link out to other sites sometimes. We don't control their content or policies, and we're not responsible for either.

These Terms follow applicable law. Any dispute gets worked out through good-faith discussion first, and through the courts if that doesn't pan out.

If one part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

We can update these Terms whenever needed. Big changes might get flagged on the site itself. Continuing to use the site after an update means you're on board with it.
